The app helps you track, measure, analyse and encourages you to act on the four key steps to better mind and physical health.

  • Talk

    • Monitor your thoughts and feelings daily
    • Be open to talk/confide in a trusted mate
    • Seek GP support if required
  • Exercise

    • Choose a cardio exercise like running, cycling, swimming or brisk walking
    • Aim for a minimum of 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week
  • Drugs & Alcohol

    • Reduce or remove drugs and alcohol and you’ll find getting back to a better state of mind is easier to achieve
    • Aim for zero recreational drugs
  • Sleep

    • Wind down two hours before bedtime
    • Avoid caffeine after 5pm
    • Stay off ‘Blue Light’ devices before sleep time

These are the foundations for managing better mind and physical health, and being happier.
